Cobblestone Graphics offers website design and consulting, concept documents, marketing and search engine optimization plans, website graphics, maintenance, and website analysis.

Do you offer website hosting?

We let the ISP specialists handle the hosting while we concentrate on the design work. We have a working partnership with www.toast.net in Toledo, Ohio for website hosting.

Do you do site verifications & testing such as dead links, spelling, code, etc.?

We triple check and beta test everything before launching a site and perform site verifications approximately every week. We test for browser compatibility, older computer settings (you may have a new computer but your clients may not), and monitor settings. We even have an English professor check our grammar.

What technologies & software do you use?

The Cobblestone Graphics team is well versed in HTML, Frontpage, Dreamweaver, Javascript, CSS, and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, ImageReady, GoLive, and LiveMotion). Unless you have a preference, we will likely use DreamWeaver to start.

Our schedule is _________. What is your availability?

We work well under pressure and are able to tell you at the beginning whether or not we can handle your schedule. We have never missed a realistic deadline. Let us know what your timeframe is.

How much is this going to cost us?

Just like any other expense for a custom made product, there are too many variables involved. The best thing for us to do is to sit down with your team, find out exactly what your needs are, and go from there. You will find that we are extremely reasonable.

Is Cobblestone Graphics webmaster certified?

There are many website designers that claim certification and training but can't back it up or have bought certifications from places you have never heard of.

The Cobblestone Graphics team leader, Ken Miller, has a Web Design Certificate, an Associates Degree in E-Commerce (Web Development Specialization), and an Associates Degree in Micro Computer Business Systems (Web Design Specialization) from Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio (summa cum laude).

Cobblestone Graphics is a member of the HTML Writer's Guild, the National Association of PhotoShop Professionals, and the International WebMaster's Association.

Are you responsive to our needs?

Cobblestone Graphics prides itself on its customer service. All of our design work is based upon your needs, not just some generic template that we bought from some vendor. We usually respond to your requests, changes, and questions within 24 hours if not faster. We are patient and will take the time to make sure you understand why things work the way they work as well as answer all of your questions and concerns.

My best friend's (wife, husband, brother, aunt, 3rd cousin twice removed, whatever) says they can build my website. Why should I pick you?

Having an amateur design your website shows in the final product. The Internet is full of websites that have poor spelling, bad layouts, confusing navigation, slow graphics, etc. Why add your website to that list?

Search Engine Optimization and Marketing is a major part of our task. If your customers and potential clients can't find your website you just wasted your time and money.
